End User License Agreement (EULA)

Definitions
Licensor: Hungarian Hosting
User / Customer: Any natural or legal person who lawfully installs and uses the Software.
Software: The on-premise enterprise software known as M-Explorer, including its full source code, configuration, documentation, and related modules.
License: A non-exclusive, non-transferable, environment-bound right of use.
Environment: The specific server, network, and system configuration to which the License applies.
Vault: A separated, audited file management area where code execution is disabled.
Editor: A real-time, controlled and logged file editing feature.
Audit Log: An automatically generated, tamper-resistant event log created by the system.
1. Nature of the Software
M-Explorer is an on-premise enterprise software product. It is not a cloud service, not SaaS, and not a mass-market application.
Its purpose is to provide transparent, controlled, and auditable operation in professional environments.
2. Scope of the License
The Licensor grants a right of use, not ownership of the Software.

- the Software may not be resold or sublicensed
3. Software Capabilities
- real-time access to files, data, and configuration
- controlled modification mechanisms
- audit logging and traceability
- separated document handling (Vault)
- operational and administrative support features
4. Excluded Functionality
- full system administration
- automated decision-making
- unrestricted or uncontrolled file editing
- protection against all internal or external failures
5. User Obligations
- use the Software as intended
- do not bypass security mechanisms
- do not modify the source code without authorization
- do not use the Software for unlawful purposes
6. Source Code Integrity
The Software applies integrity verification and audit mechanisms.
In case of unauthorized modification, the Licensor assumes no responsibility for proper operation and for any direct or indirect damages resulting from such modification.
7. Support and Bug Fixes
Support terms are defined in a separate Service Level Agreement (SLA).
Bug fixes do not count toward the monthly development hour quota. New features may not be requested under that quota.
8. System Recovery and Data Loss
The User acknowledges that modifications may involve operational risk, especially in real-time editing scenarios.
The Licensor shall not be liable for data loss resulting from system recovery necessitated by User-initiated modifications.
9. Termination of the License
- upon termination of the agreement
- in case of serious breach of contract
- in case of unlawful use
10. Acceptance
Installation, initial launch, or use of any function of the Software constitutes acceptance by conduct of this EULA, the Privacy Notice, and the AI Usage Policy.
